1. Acceptance of Terms: By registering as a member or purchasing a ticket for a Universal Nursing Empowerment Society (UNES) event, you agree to abide by our institutional guidelines and professional code of conduct.
2. Membership Rights: UNES membership (Student, Regular, or Presidential) is strictly non-transferable. The Central Headquarters reserves the right to suspend or revoke membership if a member engages in professional misconduct or violates nursing ethics.
3. Identity Verification: You agree that the information provided (including qualifications, workplace, and blood group) is accurate. This data is used to print your official UNES Smart ID Card.
1. Data Collection: We collect personal data (Name, Email, Phone, DOB, Blood Group, Address, and Photo) strictly for the purpose of generating your official Membership ID, event QR tickets, and communicating UNES updates.
2. Data Security: Your data is stored securely on our servers. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third-party marketing agencies.
3. Payment Processing: Payment details are processed securely via our payment partner (Razorpay) using 256-bit encryption. UNES does not store or have access to your credit/debit card numbers or UPI PINs.
1. Memberships & Upgrades: All UNES Membership fees and Tier Upgrade fees are strictly non-refundable once processed and the ID card has been generated.
2. Event Tickets: Event tickets are generally non-refundable unless UNES cancels or indefinitely postpones the event. In the case of event cancellation by UNES, a full refund (excluding platform processing fees) will be initiated automatically.
3. Failed Transactions: If your bank account is debited but the registration fails, our payment gateway (Razorpay) will automatically process a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
