It is with immense pleasure & honor that I am writing this message for our newly joined President's Category and regular members including our beloved students. Our founder/president Dr. Muttu Chavdannavar, Mr. Melvin David Secretary General along with their talented central executive team have been working very hard with passion & Janoon for the last one year to get our prestigious society registered with its bylaws & functional responsibilities.
With the consequent result; we had our launching induction ceremony by inducting our whole executive team in society & in HALL OF FAME (as great incentive to the central team).
The mission & objectives are based upon EMPOWERMENT OF NURSES in education, practice, research and in management. We are in our infancy to have many successful activities, but gearing towards having multifaced activities while utilizing our respected UNES members' expertise. Each one of you is expected to project positive image of our noble profession and participate actively in empowering our fellow nurses in their work places.

"The "Our Nurses. Our Future" webinar launched the Universal Nursing Empowerment Society (UNES) with an induction ceremony led by Dr. Narula-Khanna and Founder President Dr. Muttu P.C. Key speakers championed empowerment through continuous education, leadership, and collaborative research. General Secretary Mr. Melvin David concluded by reaffirming UNES’s commitment to global nursing welfare. The event also unflinchingly tackled systemic challenges in Indian nursing. Experts highlighted severe burnout, staff shortages, lack of occupational safety, inadequate salaries, and the marginalization of community health workers. They stressed that prioritizing nurses' physical and mental well-being is absolutely essential for delivering quality patient care."
